West Linn Ki Aikido is holding a special 6 week Kiatsu Introduction course taught by Ken Ewing Sensei (2nd Dan and certified Kiatsu instructor) from 6pm-7pm every Monday night (held in the conference room during Kids Class). The final night will be taught by our very special guest, Louis Sloss Sensei, 7th Dan and Chief Instructor of the OKS adult program.

What is Kiatsu?
Kiatsu is a form of Japanese martial arts massage that uses pressure points to relieve pain, soreness and stiffness.
Kiatsu is an effective treatment for back pain, headaches, shoulder & joint pain. It can be used to reduce bruising and/or inflammation. It is an excellent way to relax the body, increase mobility, reduce stress and lower blood pressure.
You will learn by using various forms & techniques along with a focus on meditation and deep breathing exercises. You will learn to apply Kiatsu techniques to yourself and to others. In addition, you will learn the basics of coordinating mind & body and Ki Development.
All you need for class: A T-shirt, a pair of sweatpants, and a positive attitude.
Class Fee: $50 per person or $70 per couple.
